JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and maintain productive working relation-ships with client personnel and assess clients satisfaction. -Direct daily fieldwork, informs supervisors of the engagement status, and manages staff performance. -Application of complex technical accounting standards as well as global integrated audit methodology. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations. -Furthermore you will develop people through effectively delegating tasks and providing guidance to staff. -Contribute ideas/opinions to the audit teams and listen/respond to other team members views. Your profile to succeed together: -Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting or Finance with additional qualifications, e.g., US CPA or chartered accountancy qualification equivalent (dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer) and recent direct working experience with U.S. GAAP accounting standards. You have at least 7-10 years of external Audit (US auditing standards (PCAOB)) experience with SEC registered public companies, ideally gained within a top tier consultancy company. Experience in leading people is an advantage. Thorough understanding of the current business environment, processes and systems landscape in various industries. Assertive and proactive approach, good organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment, ability to network effectively within large organizations and build relationships with individuals and clients. Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge in German and other languages is beneficial.
