JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum 5 years of combined Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales, or Finance experience in a high tech environment In-depth knowledge of forecasting, quota-setting and compensation models recommended; extensive knowledge of Excel required Solid analytics background, including ability to produce reports and presentations with complete & coherent analysis and sound recommendations Extremely articulate both verbally and written and able to influence senior management related strategic direction, process planning and execution Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced sales environment with a high volume of change Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills Team player, positive attitude and passion for the opportunity A strong track record of being able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and prioritization of tasks Proven creative and critical thinking aptitude/ability Experience or knowledge in Salesforce.com and/or QlikView is desirable Education: A bachelor degree in business (finance, marketing, etc.), IT or related field is required. A master or other relevant degree (HEG, etc.) is preferred. Sales and/or sales operations management experience strongly recommended Fluent in English with French, German, Italian or Spanish as a plus The mission of the Sales Operations department is to ensure a complete, efficient, end-to-end sales process allowing the field to focus on selling with minimal distraction. This includes providing sales tools, direction, reports & KPI, and access to the additional support of the Worldwide Sales Operations Group, Order Administration, Inside Sales, Distribution, Finance, Legal, and other Blue Coat functions. The role supports a sub-set of the EMEA regions or segments responsible for a portion of a $20M / QTR revenue run rate and also supports the EMEA Sales Operations Director on various tasks and projects.
