We partner with our clients to help them achieve commercial success across the lifecycle of their products and companiesDescription: The Principal Consultant, Head of Office, Switzerland is accountable for building the team and capabilities of the organization locally and contributing globally, and for developing and growing the business through client development and engagement leadership. Primary Responsibilities: - Recruit, develop, lead and retain top talent - Develop strategy, plan and forecast for business generation - Identify business opportunities and drive new business acquisition - Develop and maintain relationships with Sr executive-level clients - Lead project teams in the delivery of cross-functional projects across multiple areas of expertise, including product commercialization and launch, portfolio and product strategy, and organizational strategy and excellence Experience and Capabilities - Minimum of 8 years working within the biopharmaceutical industry, of which at least six must be in management consulting - Advanced degree in science, business or medicine - Demonstrated expertise and thought leadership in new product commercialization, product launch, product strategy, and organizational strategy and excellence - Demonstrated expertise in focus therapeutic areas: Oncology, Immunology, Rare Diseases - Consulting or industry experience in Marketing function required, experience in Medical Affairs preferred - Demonstrated history of building and leading consulting teams - Demonstrated ability to develop, grow, and maintain major accounts and to develop enduring client relationships - Demonstrated ability to work in virtual teams with varied backgrounds Other Requirements - Approximately 50% travel - Native equivalent fluency in English required
