JOB DESCRIPTION:

His (her) responsibilities are articulated around three main axes: Supply Chain function Business Partner Partner with Global Supply Chain function to set ambitious objectives and monitor progress towards those objectives. Contribute by bringing ideas/suggestions to improve overall performance. Assess impact of decisions and associated risks. Financial information expert Ensure alignment of Supply Chain function’s objectives with Company strategy. Establish and monitor KPIs. Disseminate Financial Acumen across the organization. Custodian of processes relating to financial management, budgeting, planning, forecasting and reporting for the Supply Chain function. Is responsible for quality of analysis and communication of financial information to the Supply Chain function and to the Finance Function. The Global Supply Chain function is composed of the SI&OP, Procurement and Logistics organizations. As part of the reorganization of the Global Supply Chain function, the Head of Controlling Supply Chain Functions is responsible to: Identify, propose and implement selected leading and lagging KPIs (internal and external benchmark) Help manage the portfolio of Supply Chain projects and monitor their local implementation; ensure financial discipline in project and portfolio financial valuation. Develop and maintain processes related to Supply Chain financial performance management. The Head of Controlling Supply Chain Function, part of the Group Controlling Team, actively contributes to improvement in functional excellence and in business processes. He/She manages a team of Controllers.
