Um die hohen Qualitätsanforderungen weiterhin erfüllen zu können, suchen wir: 1 Solution Manager Urban Access & Tolling (m/f) Your responsibilities: - Develop the solution strategy of the urban access & charging portfolio towards growth and world-wide deployment - Realize the strategy in close cooperation with our global sales, technology experts and development teams - Commercial and technical responsibility: ensure that our urban access & charging solutions fit market requirements, are cutting edge and pricewise competitive - Market & Competitor knowledge: Anticipate new developments by closely following market trends and continuously improve solutions via customer feedback. You know the market, our competitors, our products and solutions - Solution marketing: present at conferences and stakeholder associations, define the accompanying marketing material - Business development: Identify new sales opportunities, potential partnerships and the optimal solution portfolio - Pre-sales support: Discuss with customers their needs and design solution concepts in close cooperation with Sales and Engineering Your profile: - University Master degree in Engineering or Economics - Preferred: Combined degree in a technical and economical field - Minimum 5 years, preferred 8 years of relevant work experience the field of urban mobility - Strong experience in business development, solution or product management, pre-sales consultation, acquiring customers and in the cooperation with partner companies and subcontractors - Extensive knowledge in strategy & business planning, market analysis, translating customer and market requirements into product requirements - Track record of quickly earning credibility based on your knowledge and accomplishments - Passion to drive collaboration across distributed stakeholders and deliver high-quality results - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills - Flexibility and willingness to travel - English: B2/C1 (If possible please provide a language passport: http://europass.cedefop.europa.eu/en/home) Our offer: - An interesting full-time position within a global renowned family owned company - High responsibility within one of our growing markets - An international working environment - Exciting challenges with room for new and innovative ideas - Excellent working climate - Social benefits and infrastructure (operating restaurants, near subway etc.) of an modern company - A minimum gross salary of € 50.000 p.a.
