JOB DESCRIPTION:

1 Product Owner - Customs & Adapters . As an acting Product Owner for a scrum development team you will be reporting to the Product Manager Customs & Adapters and will be involved in building new Products from ideas to the implementation, enhance and improve existing Products and develop new ideas based on your experience and your interactions with customers and internal business units. You must possess a blend of business and technical knowledge with good understanding of the big-picture vision, and the ability to support the execution of the strategy in collaboration with Product Manager, Business Units and Engineering teams. You will need to understand the market requirements and contribute to setting the Product strategic direction and Product roadmap. You will generate Product requirements, determine specifications, set priorities and timetables and assure the successful execution of the product implementation. You are working as part of the product development SCRUM team representing the business view and setting the priorities of the features to be implemented. MAIN DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES - Managing the entire product life cycle considering strategic planning to tactical activities - Responsible for the packaging of the product to ensure smooth market introduction, easy distribution and low operational efforts - Defines the Product Roadmap including go to market approach in agreement with the Product Manager - Gathering the voice of the customer. Manage stakeholder actively, drive all product improvement decisions based on market and customer needs together the commercial and technical counterpart. - Defines the product requirements based on inputs from Commercial/Business Unit and Technology strategy - Owns, prioritizes and maintains the Product Backlog (in collaboration with Business Units & Engineering) - Manages requirements dependencies with other teams, negotiating and reprioritizing as appropriate. - Work closely with Engineering to translate business features into appropriately detailed user stories and define technical requirements - Support the SCRUM team during sprints - Manages user acceptance tests - Promote the product internally and to external customers and partners - Manages KPIs for your product and optimize TCO (development and operation) REPORTING AND COLLABORATION - The holder of the position reports to a Product Manager - The holder of the position works on a daily basis with Engineering - The holder of the position collaborates with the Business Units and the Commercial organizations EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION - Completed education in the fields Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent relevant work experience - Minimum 2-3 years work experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, UI Designer or similar position - Knowledge of requirements engineering standards (user stories, use cases, UML,
