Der Schwerpunkt liegt in den Bereichen Hämatologie und Onkologie, Kardiologie und Pneumologie, Neurologie und Psychiatrie, Stoffwechsel- / genetische Störungen und Gastroenterologie. Im Rahmen einer Vorauswahl suchen wir für die Firma 1 Clinical Project Manager (f/m) based in Vienna As part of the Clinical Operations team you will play a key role in the implementation and the successful conduct of our clinical studies Your key responsibilities are: Clinical project management of clinical studies of all phases, with emphasis on registrational Phase III studies Selection, management and coordination of CRO and External Service Providers (ESPs) Oversight and control of the studies in all aspects (recruitment, budget, investigational product, study data...) Budget calculations, contract negotiations, contract management, invoice approvalRepresentation at internal and external team meetings, investigators meetings etc. Coordination and instruction of CTCs and external team Ensuring quality in the studies and conduct according to SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements Your qualifications are: Scientific background (University degree in life sciences or MD) many years of experience in managing clinical trials globally with a proven track record of successfully managed projects good command in written and spoken German and English Solid skills in usual MS office programs Excellent organizational skills, ability to meet tight deadlines The ideal candidate is experienced in working with cross-functional teams, external cooperation partners and shows leadership skills to drive projects forward. He/she has the ability to maintain oversight and control, shows a sense of urgency and motivation to drive a team to successfully meet timelines and milestones. We offer a diversified range of activities and the gross salary provided for this function is a minimum of € 4.000 per month, based on full-time employment. Any potential overpayment will be dependent on professional experience and qualification.
