Sales Manager (Director Designate) B2B: An ambitious Sales Manager is required for a leading North East Unified Communications company, established 25 years. The Company has big ideas and is seeking a like-minded, self-motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager / Director to develop the sales team. Working on the front-line of the sales team in the field, youll be the initial point of contact for key partners. You will have excellent prospecting skills, proactively identifying upselling opportunities for growth, and to evidence strong performance history within the industry and success in winning telecom, IT and M2M business from both medium to large sized prospects. Great communications and people management skills are essential to ensure you maintain regular dialogue with your team, ongoing prospects and key clients. The company offers IoT solutions and manages bespoke mobile, landline and unified communications from all of the UK leading networks and landline vendors and is also a wholesale supplier of minutes, rentals and data. It is an accredited B2B specialist and the product portfolio includes Secure Device Management, Hosted telephony, IT deployment and support, M2M solutions, Microsoft 365 Cloud services, Sharepoint, Smartphones, Tablets and other industry associated services and products. Essential Skills & Requirements: - Develop and modify ongoing sales commissions and compensation plans - Forecast and analysis of sales figures and maintaining gross profit. - Collate and present customer feedback and market research - Dedication to deliver and meet sales targets - Reconstructing the sales team, strategizing promotions, managing training needs and further recruitment - Liaising with the Marketing Manager for ongoing campaigns and lead generating activities - To host corporate hospitality with key clients and partners (sporting entertainment) - Be able to lead from the front Desired - IoT experience / literate The Company has an enviable Client base established over many years of high quality service, attaining the highest NPS scores within the entire UK Channel. This is an exciting Director Designate opportunity for a Sales Manager to join a long established and progressive telecom, IoT and IT services company servicing local and global brands across the UK.
