NÁPLŇ PRÁCE:

Joiner Wandsworth Sash Windows is looking for an experienced joiner to be responsible for managing all our jobs once they become confirmed orders with the client. This role will involve: - On-site measuring up of all joinery items to be made and ordered for the client. Therefore, you must make sure that everything is ordered correctly. - Producing technical drawings of the joinery items measured using a simple software program called Joinerysoft for approval by the client and for the joiners to make the items. - Liaising with the client to make sure that what we are producing is exactly what the client wants. - Liaising with the joiners making the items to make sure that everything is produced correctly and in a timely manner. - Keeping clients updated with our progress towards completing their job. - Noting down all relevant information of the job and writing it up on a job ticket ready to give to our fitters on the day of work. - Booking in all the fitters’ and apprentices’ jobs and arranging everything with the clients. - Maintaining a work schedule of which fitter will be working where and when. - Keeping a chart of hours spent by each fitter on each job to ensure that everyone is working to expectations. - Liaising with clients throughout their installation to ensure that they are updated and they know what is happening. - Ensuring that our fitters maintain a high level of finish at all times. Required skills: - Previous joinery industry experience. - Experience in managing and supervising teams. - Experience in dealing with clients. - Basic computer skills. - Full, clean UK driving licence. - Good organisational skills. - Desire to grow with the company.
