Harvey Nash''s growing consultancy clients is going through significant growth in their client base across the Central Belt and has signed up some high profile clients within the financial services and consequently are looking for a number of consultants with a specific focus on Cyber Security. The role will be based from Edinburgh and will require an individual with a blend of technical IT skills and consultative relationship building skills. You must be an individual who is capable of building relationships at all levels within a financial services organisation and who has a demonstrable track record of working in the sector to successfully bring about change and transformation within the cyber security function. Experience of delivering large and complex projects is a must and your consultative approach must carry with it a level of gravitas which garners respect within the industry. This position requires an individual who is a technology expert within the Cyber Security Space as well as having the interpersonal and communication skills to manage clients and their expectations and to provide the highest possible service to them. You must also be add value to the business by identifying opportunities for further business development client relationships so an entrepreneurial interest is highly advantageous. In summary our client is looking for Service Delivery Consultants with the following technical skills and experience: - Proven track record in technically focused service delivery role within large scale and complex financial service transformation and change - 1st class interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to manage and shape relationships with clients and stakeholders - A commitment to providing the highest possible customer service - Extensive IT Security/Cyber Security Consulting experience with successful delivery of significant projects within Banking, Capital Markets or Insurance, - Experience of risk management and IT controls - Business Development: experience of growing a business unit within the technology industry; or Business Development within a consultancy In return you will have the opportunity to work in a highly reputable consultancy with a growing Scottish and UK presence and who prides itself on building long term relationships and leveraging the existing relationships the organisation already has through its London head office.
