NÁPLŇ PRÁCE:

We are looking for a Retail Manager to manage a retail shop, associated classroom and small cafe. A passionate and motivated team player who will lead a successful team with a can do attitude in an organised and exciting environment. Ensure your team is driven to maximise sales and work hard. The person needs to: Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for our products. Be motivated, energetic and enthusiastic by your nature. Have the ability to train and develop a team. Have a strong work ethic and be prepared to go the extra mile. Have a passion for working and dealing with people. Skills Requirement: 3/5 years at management level in retail. Strong sales and management experience. Excellent interpersonal skills. An ability to lead a team. Customer focused. Organised by nature. Interest in baking and/or cake decoration. Some experience of food service, hygeine etc. Photography skills ad advantage but not essential.
