NÁPLŇ PRÁCE:

Duties : Teaching the children using the Montessori Method including Practical Life, Sensorial, Culture, Language and Maths. Ensuring the children use all the Montessori equipment in the room at the appropriate stage for each child. Planning and developing activities in response to the childrens needs. Keeping the environment fresh and stimulating by ensuring the room layout is well defined, creating specific areas of interest. Observing, monitoring and recording the development of the children. Pre Planning lessons weekly with help from the Kids Inc Montessori Programme Resources. Maintaining accurate records on the children and update daily in compliance with the Childcare (Pre-School Services) Regulations 2006. Maintaining close, effective, working partnerships with parents to ensure the well being of their children. Meeting and greeting parents in a positive and friendly manner each morning and evening.
