We are now looking for Team Managers to our Customer Support Team in Mariehamn and Tallinn. Are you a passionate leader that wants your team members to grow as persons, and always strive for providing customers with the best possible service? If you answer yes this is something for you! We are looking for Team Managers to our Customer Support Team in Mariehamn and Tallinn. Your task is to lead and coach a team to continuously improve our service and ensure that we build long term relationships with our customers. Part of your job is quality assurance, process ownership and implementations of new tools and ways of working. You will act as one of our team''s Scrum Masters, and be the contact persons for other teams. You are a member of the department''s management team, and you will play a key role in the development of Paf''s customer service and customer relationship building. English is our company language, you need to be fluent in at least one of these languages Swedish, Finnish, Estonian and Russian. Knowledge in other languages is an advantage. Previous experience from customer support work and COPC experience is an advantage, most important though is that you are a good leader and have a true interest in customer relationships.
