NÁPLŇ PRÁCE:

Would you like to be part of a global team with a great atmosphere and a highly technical environment with a strong focus on customer solutions of the utmost quality? Do you want a job with a wide array of tasks where you are in close contact to the customer and make a real difference in giving them customised solutions? Then join the HVAC OEM division. We are more than 50 colleagues with the goal of being the number 1 partner worldwide to original equipment manufacturers (OEM’s) in the HVAC industry. You become part of a truly global setup of 7 Technical Key Account Managers in Bjerringbro, Denmark, 3 in China and 2 in the US. We are responsible for the technical aspects of our customised customer solutions and believe in trustful co-operation, knowledge sharing and customer oriented teamwork in all phases of a product’s lifetime. You refer to Project & Engineering Director, Anne Schou. ”You join a really great team where new ideas and initiatives are appreciated and backed up. Weall support each other on a global scale, and we are relentlessly ambitious when it comes to finding the best ways to use our products – while ensuring constant improvement, quality and development,” Anne explains. What is the job about? As our new Technical Key Account Manager, you are responsible for all technical issues for a number of our customers, primarily located in Europe. The application area is primarily boilers. You build up relations to the customer’s technical organisation and work closely with the commercially responsible Key Account Manager to ensure successful product implementation. You also develop detailed product requirements and specifications to drive product development as well as solutions for different markets satisfying global directives and standards. Part of your job is to be the main driver of executing product variants and solving quality issues internally. But with some customers, you also act as the Project Manager for customised projects where you work closely with OEM customers to develop and provide new solutions to their specific needs. Thus, you work with multiple stakeholders such as the global OEM and Grundfos Group to coordinate resources and solutions as well as manufacturinglocations to ensure understanding and proper implementation of OEM products. “You are dealing with several customers at a time, so your challenge is to work on several projects without losing your overview over the different customer needs. There will be many different kinds of technical tasks which need to be carried out and finished in order to ensure success,” Anne says. What do you need to apply? You have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and in addition some years of experience in product development and maintenance. Moreover, it’s an advantage if you have knowledge of quality control, warranty and failure analysis and are familiar with design tools and tool making for cast iron parts as well as injection-moulded composite parts. You are also familiar with ensuring quality through i.e. FMEA and intensive validation. It is essential that you speak and write fluent English. “On a personal level, you enjoy solving technical problems and like an environment that can be hectic but at the same time provides you with varied tasks. You can maintain an overview even when running several tasks at a time, and you pay attention to detail. And finally, you possess great communication skills and can communicate in a straightforward and factual manner to many different stakeholders,” Anne finishes.
