Would you like to work with one of the world´s most powerful brands in a position where you can combine your analytical competencies with your commercial interests? Then take on this unique role in one of our core markets, as responsible for all LEGO® Marketing activities in Denmark. Drive marketing activities in Denmark As Senior Marketing Manager, you take on the full responsibility for Denmark, both in regards to marketing execution and budget. Also, being responsible for a number of strategic partners, you act as key sparring partner and contributor to the overall Nordic marketing plan. Working in Billund and having approximately 20 days of travel a year, you combine local insights and market knowledge with central brand guidelines and toolboxes in a role where you: Take on the development, optimisation and execution of the local marketing and media plan based on Nordic guidelines in cooperation with our media agency. Drive Nordic partnerships with media partners and 3rd party partners and become responsible for our Nordic Marketing Network and the Nordic marketing integration agenda. Act as Nordic marketing responsible for the largest retailer for children´s toys in Northern Europe and develop and execute campaigns with retail integration. Become responsible for the Nordic LEGOLAND partnership and part of global LEGOLAND ambassador network. Play a lead role in driving the digitalisation agenda in the Nordic region. Assume the informal day-to-day leadership of 2 Marketing Coordinators. Experience with marketing execution and digital platforms In this role, you need to be able to think beyond your own market to cooperate with peers and find synergies across borders. Moreover, you take charge of our domestic market, which has great exposure and requires something special of you. To succeed, you: Hold a Master’s degree within Marketing or similar combined with 5+ years of marketing and consumer goods experience in an executional role, including own market or brand ownership and budget responsibility. Have experience with working in groups, preferably from an international setting. Are well-versed in media planning, used to working with a media agency and have a commercial mindset with a high focus on ROI and constant optimisation of marketing activities. Are analytically minded, exhibit a solid digital marketing competence and a proven ability to drive a marketing agenda and create strong, commercial results across especially digital platforms. Speak and write English fluently, and knowledge of Nordic languages is a plus.
