Manage the Product Net Promoter Score Program As manager, you are responsible for the Product Net Promoter Score (NPS) program, which tracks product user feedback across most LEGO Product SKUs. Your metrics and insights will help guide strategic level product decisions, product design, marketing, and other business decisions that improve the LEGO User experience with our LEGO Products. Specifically, you will be responsible for: Managing the overall LEGO Product NPS Program including day-to-day execution of data collection, managing vendor relationship, and monitoring the program s reliability. Producing regular Product NPS scorecards and insights. Responding to ad hoc requests for data and insights to address business needs and questions. Diving into the data to uncover and explain the key reasons for a product line s success or issues that need to be addressed. Developing new NPS measures that will support priority products and experiences. Passionate about the impact of play During this 18-month maternity cover, you join a highly collaborative team working cross-functionally and across departments. The LEGO NPS Program is highly respected, visible and utilised by LEGO Corporate Management and across many business areas in The LEGO Group. Therefore, you will take on a key position with great impact where you will help us deliver world-class products. Analytical mind-set and experience managing satisfaction or NPS tracking programs You have a degree in Marketing, Consumer Insights, Statistics or similar - and an MBA degree would be a plus. You have at least 3 years of experience from a research institute or from marketing, ideally managing satisfaction or NPS tracking programs. You are analytical and comfortable with statistical testing. You have excellent communication, networking and presentation skills, and you enjoy sharing your knowledge, inspiring others to take action.
