NÁPLŇ PRÁCE:

Are you an experienced SAP user dedicated to high customer service? Then you might be our new Customer Service team member we are looking for in Danfoss. Preferably, the position is (as today) situated in Espoo/SF, but for the right candidate we are open to locations in Hasselager/DK, Linköping/SE or Oslo/NO. Walk the extra mile for the customer In your daily work, you will succeed through cooperation within the cross-border Customer Service team. You will support colleagues locally and internationally where needed, but most of all you provide effective, proactive and professional service to both assigned direct customers and non-direct customers. Customer orders, enquiries and supporting activities are handled by telephone, email, SAP and other media. Through excellent knowledge of SAP and with a high customer focus, you identify and resolve issues proactively and help the customers and colleagues to efficiently manage requirements. Among your responsibilities are to: •ensure accurate and timely representation of customer requirements /orders into SAP system •use SAP to ensure these requirements are satisfied in the most efficient way for the customer and Danfoss •ensure the customer is proactively updated with status on orders •assist with the collection of payment where necessary You apply Danfoss processes and naturally follow procedures, but you are flexible always ensuring that the customer remains in focus. You are open to new ways of working and take advantage of being in a matrix organisation, where you use contacts and network to resolve issues for satisfying customer requirements. Your success will be measured not only from KPI, but also by reputation and feedback from customers and colleagues. Flexibility, professionalism and teamwork Your familiarity with SAP and some years of experience within sales/customer service is essential. You have an advantage if you bring experience from a multinational company or matrix organisation, and provide an understanding of how supply chain/logistics work. You are an effective communicator and you thrive with a high activity level and keep calm under pressure. You are pragmatic, proactive, organised and literate. Though working in a team, you have the ability to work independently as well. You are open to different tasks and flexible to cover cross-border work activity. Your language skills include business level fluency in Finnish and English and knowledge of Swedish/Danish. Please, write your application in English.
