NÁPLŇ PRÁCE:

Our Global Finance & Administration Department at the worldwide headquarter in Bad Zurzach (Switzerland) is looking immediately for a highly motivated Manager Special Projects (f/m) – 100%. The role is required to directly support the realization of an essential part of the group’s global corporate strategy. You will lead, shape and deliver against strategic objectives of the business transformation measure: de-complexification, standardization, identification of value adding back office parts, establishment of cost leadership for all non-strategic back office parts. Roles & Responsibilities: - Structure and execute vendor selection process - Find suitable business process service provider - Carry out due diligence phase - Design target operating model (back office processes) - Roll out of the global shared service center concept - Building up centralized resources (people, processes, systems) Your ideal profile: - University degree (Bachelor/Master) in a Finance/Business/Economics related subject - 6 years plus of industry or consulting experience - Exposure to the (textile) manufacturing/retail/wholesale industry is an advantage - Solid experience of working in an international environment - Extensive restructuring/transformation/change knowledge - Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, further language are an advantage - Excellent skills in MS Office, SAP is an advantage - Openness to work in another position/country after an estimated 2-3 years Triumph offers you an opportunity to work in a dynamic team within an international environment.
