Supply Planning Process & System Expert (APO SNP)   If you are an SAP APO key user and have an in-depth understanding of Supply Planning then you may be one step closer to your perfect career.   Mondelēz International is home to some of the world’s favourite brands; Cadbury, Trebor, Bassetts, Toblerone and Oreo to name a few, and is focused on delivering ‘delicious moments of joy’ with a relentless consumer centric ‘passion for quality’.   We have an exciting new opportunity for a Supply Planning Process & System Expert (APO SNP (Supply Network Planning) whose key objective is to optimize APO and system usage, and harmonize planning processes to leverage efficiencies to support the achievement of business objectives including customer service.   This role will see the successful candidate support the implementation / optimization of the APO SNP tool in MEU following the gold model supply planning processes as required.   Key Responsibilities   * Support improvement of common business processes to meet business requirements * Support the harmonization and enhancement of SAP APO system usage and APO SNP usage for planning processes. * Identify system enhancements required for optimization of business processes, supporting COE best practice developments and process roadmap * Support the harmonization and enhance BI SNP reporting to support the business. * Knowledge share, coach and train category and country planning APO and BI key users across MEU to increase stability * Simplify interface and batch job schedules to support an efficient use of system resources. * Support best practice design in reports by using common system platform SAP APO. * Participate improvement projects to increase APO system and process usage. * Understand the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position   Candidate Requirements ·         Degree educated or equivalent experience ·         Proven SAP APO experience with a background in being a Key User/trainer in this area ·         Experience in an integrated supply chain environment ·         Previous experience working for a multi-national company is highly advantageous ·         Strong analytical skills ·         Strong communication, presentation and Influencing skills ·         Priority setting and problem solving skills ·         Excellent project management skills and ability to assist change management and process redesign projects   We pride ourselves on having a high performing and collaborative culture where we offer support and development to enhance your career and develop your knowledge and skills.   In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer an attractive benefits package within a highly successful International business that offers financial rewards and resources, including attractive bonus scheme, contributory pension, life assurance, generous holiday allowance and a flexible benefits programme.   So if you’re ready to take one big step forward and be part of the future of our business, your ideal career is just one small click away.   Location: Bournville Relocation Support: May be available Closing date: 27th September 2015 Salary and benefits: Competitive Travel: 10%
