Schoeller Allibert is looking to recruit an additional Internal Sales Representative to support the UK National Sales Team. Job Description Using telephone based sales and marketing techniques, this role is designed to drive sales efficiency whilst delivering profitable growth (i.e. new business) through: * the generation of leads; * the maintenance of a group of smaller customers; * the receiving, recording, tracking and management of all incoming sales enquiries; The successful candidate will be accountable for: * completing the required number of outgoing calls on a daily / weekly basis, delivering agreed levels of sales, leads and opportunities; * achievement of a sales target made up of a group of regional C customers (that sit within the NSF / Area Sakes Management targets); * effectively recording, management and tracking of all incoming enquiries. The role will be working with a team of Area Sales Managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for: * account managing worthwhile (but initially <5k) C Customers; * being the processing route for all incoming sales enquiries and opportunities, vetting, routing, referring and recording. In some instances (for small orders) closing to the point of sale; * dealing with brochure requests (and ensuring recording of this in CRM) and ensuring appropriate follow up (by themselves or Area Sales Manager where appropriate); * completing coordinated and continual telemarketing activities, following up campaigns and generating leads – working as a sales partner to their respective Area Sales Managers; * following through and researching opportunities as uncovered by Marketing; * continually using CRM for the management and recording of all activities, including the management of the candidates own C customer sales funnel. Skills/Experience Required The successful candidate must; * be confident, eloquent and have professional telephone skills; * have selling, relationship building and negotiation skills; * be a team player, willing to integrate and work as part of a group towards shared goals; * be naturally commercially orientated, able to understand and question customer needs and be prepared to take decisions based on their feedback; * have core IT skills (CRM, Microsoft Office suite etc.) – experience of working LinkedIn and Twitter for commercial objectives would be extremely advantageous.
