ZAKRES PRACY:

M&E Supervisor. Midlands - Birmingham, West Midlands, East Midlands. £34,000 - £37,000 per annum + company car and benefits. My client is seeking an experienced Supervisor, with either a mechanical or electrical background to manage a team of engineers on a new contract in the Midlands area. You will ensure that all planned preventative maintenance and reactive works are carried out efficiently and support the Contract Manager with staff motivation and discipline and control the allocation of labour to tasks. This is a mobile role across different sites so it is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence. The Company. They self-deliver virtually all our hard FM services nationally, coordinated through one of the UK''s most sophisticated customer service centres in the industry. Duties include:. *To control all planned and reactive maintenance and small works activities in accordance with the established Quality Management System including participation in internal and external audits. *To be responsible for Site Health, Safety and Environmental matters. *To ensure Risk Assessments are completed and maintained. Control Measures adopted in compliance with statutory provisions, codes of practice and guidance. *To ensure Accident Record sheets are completed and incidents reported. *To assist the Contract Manager with day to day management of relevant employees including conduct, performance, attendance and capability. Taking the necessary and appropriate actions to address any inappropriate behaviour or low standards, with support and advice from HR. *Attendance on HR related courses to ensure competence in dealing with people management responsibilities. *To liaise with Suppliers and Sub-contractors, to achieve optimum efficiency along with Commerical and Technical Managers on the account. *To oversee the planned preventative maintenance programme and advise of any changes from the agreed specification. Experience required:. *Previous experience in a similar - must have experience of managing a mobile work force. *Strong mechanical and/or electrical background and hold relevant qualifications. *Excellent communication skills and be confident be the escalation point for any issues. *Full UK driving licence.
