Tasks and Responsibilities As a market leader in the pensions industry, we offer a wide range of unparalleled services, including: : Advising clients on their pensions strategy : Advising and project managing exercises to reshape members benefits : Designing and implementation of employee communication programmes : Helping to manage tax and legislative changes affecting pension schemes : Advising on pension aspects of domestic and international corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings : Providing audit support in respect of pension sections of accounting statements : Tailoring individual executive pension plans : Valuing assets and liabilities of pension schemes, included in regulatory valuations, company accounts and individual member illustrations : Financial modelling and risk analysis to help ensure that schemes are able to meet their future liabilities As a new graduate, the work you can expect to get involved in will vary depending on your office location but could include calculation work either on an individual member basis or building financial models involving statistical methods, preparing of reports, drafting communication material, helping with identifying and researching busine
