We have a new opportunity for 3 part time Customer Service Advisors to join our award winning Customer Services department, based at our Telford, Shropshire UK Head Office and offering a competitive salary package of up to £19 000 DOE pro rata. The shift patterns we have available for the part time positions are; 2 positions working Tues/Wed/Thurs total of 16.5 hours and 1 position working Wed/Thurs/Fri total of 22.5 hours. Providing every customer superior quality and service is our number one priority and due to our on-going commitment to our customers, we are looking to expand the team to continue to offer an exceptional service. What are we looking for in our Customer Service Advisor? - Experience of working within a Call Centre environment, dealing with a high level of activity within a business environment. - Excellent communication skills and telephone manner with the ability to articulate your message and build trust with customers and colleagues. - Good level of I.T skills, experience of using client database’s or internal data management systems. - Passion and drive! What will you be doing as our Customer Service Advisor? - Handle and resolve enquiries from customers and sales personnel. - Updating and maintaining the client data base. - Completing various back office and administration duties - Promote products on call, in line with relevant promotional activity. - Be flexible in providing support for other teams when required and undertake other duties as and when needed.
