Contact Centre Advisor Location: Bristol Salary: Starting from £7/hour • Part-time work available • Weekend work available 1. No Cold calling 2. All inbound calls 3. Shift work 4. Immediate Start Our client, based in central Bristol, are a leading outsourcer for contact centre services. They are looking for part-time staff for their bureau. All calls are inbound and although they are open 24/7, this particular position will involve working a maximum of 25 hours per week. The contact centre hours required will be anything from 7am until 10pm. The following shifts are available: • Monday: Mornings from 7am until 12pm Evenings from 5pm to 10pm • Fridays - Evenings from 5pm to 10pm • Weekends - All shifts available The role involves handling calls for over 800 clients. The company s client base ranges from retail to facilities management companies to personal injury solicitors to IT support and is a challenging and rewarding role for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals. Key Skills: • We are looking for excellent communicators in both written and verbal communication skills • You will a competent typist • You will be computer literate • Great telephone manner • You will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail • You will have exceptionally high attention to detail as you will be capturing information to be passed on to our clients. This includes the correct use of grammar; i.e. no abbreviated slang or text language • To be able to understand and prioritise your own workload
