As an Area Sales Manager your duties would include:. - Accountability for campaign sales targets. - Managing a team of between 30 and 50 direct sales consultants across the territory. - supported by 4-6 Field Sales Managers. - Hiring, coaching, mentoring and managing field managers. - Managing sales performance and KPI''s across your remit. - To drive and motivate all area sales personnel and team targets using company approved performance management programmes. Experience/Qualification:. As part of our growth and expansion plan we offer the opportunity of a long term career path with further opportunities of progressing to a National Sales Manager. A successful back ground of managing residential sales teams in sectors such as telecoms, utilities, gas & electric and home improvements, with a proven track record for success, good planning & organisational skills and the ability to motivate sales consultants to the best of their ability. A full and valid UK driver''s license and your own vehicle are required for this role. Magnum Area Sales Manager''s benefit from a basic salary + commission of £65k OTE. Opportunity to commence work in this role is available for an immediate start.
