ISS Technical Services are currently recruiting for an Team Leader for our Out of Hours Call Handling Team based in Stoke on Trent. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading a team ensuring accurate translation of contractual and operational demands, ensuring the CSC meets and exceeds our client expectations. Escalation of potential SLA fails to relevant parties. The hours of work for this role are 21.25 per week comprising of Tuesday - Saturday 16:45 - 21:00. Duties Include: The main accountabilities are: * Excellent communication skills on all levels * Excellent Client Focus, with very strong communication / negotiation skills on all levels. * Exceptional organizational and analytical skills to allow accurate translation of contractual and operational demands, ensuring the CSC meet and exceed our client expectations. * Excellent Telephone manner. * Ensuring engineer / Sub-Contractor is deployed in a timely manner * Use of On call rotas * Competent use of Clients systems * Raising of Purchase Orders and submittal * Proven ability to lead and motivate a Team * Close Liaison with opposing shift Team Leaders to ensure consistency throughout all shifts * Regular contact with CSC Manager * Generation and accurate translation of monthly staff overtime submittal & timesheets * Implementation of staff rota’s to ensure full and adequate staff coverage to meet client demand * To perform staff appraisals and address any disciplinary / training requirements * To fulfil any reasonable request to assist CSC Manager / fellow team leaders. * Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision Knowledge, Skills and Experience: These are UK standard requirements therefore host country equivalent qualifications/experience applies. Minimum Requirements * Educated to GCSE standard with at least 5 Grade C passes or above OR an NVQ qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service, ICT or equivalent. * Previous experience in a technical, FM, building services or construction related administrative management or team leading role. * Good verbal and written communication skills are required; proactive communication skills are a requisite in establishing and maintaining customer confidence. * Evidence of managing or leading a team; leading, supporting and working with others to reach organisational goals. * Organised with good planning ability, to organise / schedule events and activities. * Capability to understand and analyse statistical data. * An aptitude for new and imaginative approaches to work related issues, identifying fresh approaches and a willingness to question traditional assumptions. * Demonstrated aptitude in effective management of people with strong leadership skills, and well-developed interpersonal skills. * Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and Maximo or similar software.
