Effective delivery from our IT Division is key to this success. Are you driven by a desire to improve the IT experience for your stakeholders? The Service Optimisation team specialises in optimising the end to end IT experience for all of our stakeholders. Made up of talented, experienced individuals well:versed in rectifying difficult and struggling projects this team is playing a key role in our wider strategy in IT and across the Group. Your role will be varied : uniquely covering the full infrastructure and application landscape. It will include supporting project delivery and root cause investigations into service incidents as well as ad:hoc technical design and consultancy work as the need arises. You will coordinate and lead technical resources across Group IT to resolve performance issues and improve the customer experience. A good time and task manager, you will ensure deadlines and milestones are met for project deliverables across multiple platforms and applications. You will engage platform teams to embed continuous improvement, anticipate design issues and consult on alternative solutions. Your established relationships with Senior Management will ensure the smooth delivery of improvements and changes.
