O Learys is a popular sports bar with more than 100 Restaurants all over the World and 86 establishments in Sweden. We offer our guests the best in food, drinks and sports and we are proud to have been announced the Nr 1 Sports bar in Sweden. OLearys is a franchise chain with private owners working the famous concept. OLearys in Mora has 102 seats in 3 dining rooms. We are a serious actor in local restaurant business as we are a popular meeting place for our guests and we have good cooperation with several local sport clubs. At the moment we have a team with 10 colleagues, but need to reinforce the kitchen brigade. Job description: Daily routines in the kitchen, mise-en-place, cleaning of the kitchen after dinner service, following OLearys recipes, menu and guideline. Inventory and ordering.
