As Assistant Manager of our store in Crescent Shopping Centre, Limerick, our ideal candidate will: be a successful Assistant Manager or Supervisor looking for their next challenge; be sales focused and commercial with good retailing skills; have a firm understanding of KPIs and how to drive them; demonstrate effective planning and time management; know your market customer type; understand the key trends and identify customers needs, driving customer loyalty; recruit the best people to deliver sales and service and convert sales; manage performance effectively
