ZAKRES PRACY:

TVO is having the OL3 Nuclear Power Plant built by Areva and Siemens consortium and several of their subcontractors. We are now looking for the following professional to work for our client company Areva NP based in OL3 site: Final Documentation Engineer to follow documentation procedures and specifications to ensure accurate documentation generated by subcontractors. This position is located on OL3 construction site and the estimated duration is approximately 6 months. The main duties include reception and handling of the technical and quality documentation issued by the subcontractors, reviewing and commenting the submitted documents, transmission of the documents internally and externally and following up the integration of comments by the subcontractors. Besides this, you will also keep the documentation management system up to date on your own part. Performing queries to follow-up documents and perform reporting is also a part of your tasks. To succeed in this position, You need to be educated as technician or engineer, with IMS degree or be experienced with SQL queries. At least a couple of years of work experience in similar duties, such as documentation, archiving or engineering, preferably in a construction environment, are expected. Besides this, You should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in other languages, such as Finnish, German or French, is beneficial. Previous experience on Microsoft Office is mandatory and experience on Documentum or Adobe Acrobat Professional is a merit. IT-based skills are highly appreciated. The ability to work as a part of a hectic multinational construction site is also required and as a person you should have an eye for details and be able to work on own initiative.
