Your responsibilities will include answering incoming emails and performing call backs if needed or requested by customers, registering, handling and escalating customer queries. Also deal with PC and warranty issues. Requirements for candidates: • Excellent written and verbal skills in French or German and also a good English • Excellent customer service focus and communication skills • Strong ability to learn quickly and understand technical information. Interest in IT • Willingness to work in shifts from Monday to Friday between 09.00 – 20.00 according to the schedules. We offer modern working environment in the center of Tallinn and working time in agreement with the department manager (Mon-Fri), different team events and relocation compensation.
