ZAKRES PRACY:
Nature and Scope of this role: Position has line management responsibility of statistical programming and data analysis resources at all levels in the specified group and is responsible for timely delivery of quality support in the assigned clinical development or product lifecycle-related compound programs in close collaboration with internal departments, Strategic Partners and other CROs. Position will work with other members of the department leadership team to develop the strategy for processes and to optimize flexible allocation of resources across multiple development programs within a group and between groups in a matrix environment. Position is responsible for development of statistical programmers in the respective group and implementation of effective, scientifically sound and regulatory compliant processes and practices through training, coaching, mentoring, and counseling. Position has budgetary responsibilities upon delegation. Your qualifications for this role:
- 3+ years
- experience in line management, strategical leadership and operational processes within a global environment.
- 7+ (with Master
- s degree) to 10+ (with Bachelor
- s degree) years in Statistical programming within the Biotechnology and/or Pharmaceutical Industry (including clinical research organizations).
- Excellent understanding and profound knowledge of Statistical Programming aspects required for regulatory submissions.
- Relevant understanding and knowledge of other statistical-related aspects of clinical development, product lifecycle activities or epidemiological claims analysis is a plus. - Geforderte Anlagen: Lebenslauf, Zeugnisse
