Aufgabenbereich:

A.Job Summary Assist financial planner in reviewing, analyzing and preparing financial plans for clients. B.Job Responsibilities May contact prospects or clients to: -Arrange meetings -Answer general questions about financial planning -Request permission to send client sales literature -Gather all necessary information from client so that a financial analysis can be completed. -Review the clients financial statements, legal documents and other data. -Prepare summaries of the clients goals and objectives, strengths and weaknesses and present situation. -Prepare generic financial planning recommendations for the client -Prepare a summary of miscellaneous financial planning techniques the client should be aware of or should consider. -Prepare calculations summarizing the clients risk management needs, including disability and life insurance needs. -Prepare alternative proposals (what if options) for the client -Prepare proposals on the products that the planner has selected for the client i.e. product illustrations. -Prepare final reports, analyses or proposals (with the planner s direction) on any of the above for presentations to the client. -Under the direction of the Planner, may complete proportions of the new business applications before meeting with the client. -Receive client checks and issue receipts (after planner completes the sale). -May review or update a clients financial plan for the planner. (This will include the same activities as when the plan was originally prepared). Compliance Functions Responsibilities -Keep up:to:date with regulatory developments -Advise Managing Director and Compliance Manager in a timely manner of FCA related and other regulatory issues -Any changes to the FCA rules. -Comply at all times with the Compliance and Training and Competence procedures of the firm. -Comply with the firms adopted risk based approach to compliance monitoring. -Ensure findings from client file reviews are recorded as part of the firm s management information. -Monitor the review of client files to ensure regulatory requirements are being met. -Review any complaints against the firm and dealing with them in accordance with the FCA complaints handling rules. -Ensure all staff (including new staff) are aware of the firm s complaints handling procedures. -Ensure that any financial promotions are approved in accordance with the FCA Rules.
