Aufgabenbereich:

The Business Analyst’s role is to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the workflow requirements of the client stakeholders and end-users. This includes interviewing stakeholders and gathering and compiling user requirements and convey to the development and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle. The Business Analyst will also apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to support the various project processes, and to ensure that project deliverables are exceeded according to client specifications. JOB DESCRIPTION: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES  Collaborate with project managers and project sponsors to determine project scope and vision. Conduct interviews and work flow analysis to gather user requirements. Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team. Identify and establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis in order to define impact, outcome criteria, and measure-taking actions. INTERACTIONS  Develop and conduct peer reviews to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted. Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team. Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications – verbally and through written documentation - to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood. Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.  Conduct regular status/health checks with the existing customer base to maintain strong working relationships. Contribute to and participate in customer/product demonstrations and trade shows to promote Connexall workflow design and to establish collaborative linkages with partners.  Ability to create systematic and consistent requirement specifications in both technical and user-friendly language. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.  Support Project Manager in performing project management activities throughout the project’s lifecycle as needed.  Collaborate with project trainer to determine the scope of training for end-users and prepare training documents. EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:  Master degree in the field of information systems or business administration. Related work experience in healthcare or government related fields a must.  Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development.  Demonstrated project management skills and Connexall project management software skills.  Bilingual (English and French) a must  Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to write business correspondence. Work experience in creating procedural documentation and develop the business/technical responses to requests for proposals and information is required.  Self motivated, positive with "can-do" attitude, take independent actions and participate in self-development activities.  Able to exercise independent judgment and take subsequent action.  Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills. Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.  Keen attention to detail, logical and efficient. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.  Strong customer service orientation. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.  1,5 year experience in Connexall software.
