As a customer support agent for a major online fashion retailer, you will be providing in-bound support via voice, email, web chat and social media communication channels. This role would be particularly suited for applicants with an interest in fashion, and the flexible contract options in the role make this an excellent role for someone desiring flexibility when they relocate to sunny Lisbon.
