Aufgabenbereich:

To deliver and manage an 8 week training course to a group of 20 learners to include the competencies to provide support in a contact centre. Trainers must have least four years relevant experience. NUI Certificate in Training and Continuing Education or an approved equivalent. Trainers must have a sound knowledge of Contact Centre Skills and be competent to instruct in the following:Contact Centre Skills - 5N1361
