Aufgabenbereich:

We are offering a position as a HBU Marketing & Sales Manager in the Nordic HUB of Power Generation. You will be responsible for coordinating regional marketing and sales activities and implementing the global sales and marketing strategies. You will ensure that the budget and profitable growth targets of HBU Nordics are achieved by managing regional sales and offers in each country and implementing the BU strategy. We offer you a challenging and rewarding position with the opportunities of a global company. We require a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in electrical engineering and several years experience in sales and business development. You have experience of turnkey projects and technical knowhow in the systems business. Strong leadership skills, including in change management, and a results-oriented, strategic and structured approach to work are essential. You have a strong understanding of market channels and how to create and implement a sustainable strategy to penetrate targeted markets, as well as a basic understanding of business flow and financials. In order to succeed in this position, you need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as very good rapport with customers. Fluent written and spoken English is required; knowledge of Scandinavian languages is an advantage.
