As one of our Floor Managers you have a key role in ensuring that our daily operations inCustomer Support is running smoothly. Simply but when the shit hits the fan you are the one we can rely on to take actions and in a structured way investigate what is going on. You will be the key person in taking the lead when incidents are reported, and you will be the one that follow up to ensure that both our customers and our team are informed what is going on. You will also work with processes, training material and improving our ways of working. English is our company language, knowledge in other languages is an advantage. Previous experience from customer support work and incident management knowledge is an advantage. Most important though is that you have the right analytical mindset and a true technical interest. Customers first and a true service approach is also very important for our new Floor Managers.
