Aufgabenbereich:

Director, Product Management We are looking for an experienced and creative director to be responsible for The Switch product management. Your main task will be to maintain and develop our competitive product portfolio for our unique customer-based business concept, consisting of permanent magnet machine and full-power converter drive train packages. Product marketing is an essential part of your job. As head of product management and product marketing, you will be in charge of product roadmaps and promotion as well as being involved in sales activities and market pricing. You will work as a key member in The Switch s strong team of professionals and report directly to the CEO. A solid industrial background is needed to be successful in this job. The minimum education requirement is a B.Sc. in electrical engineering, preferably in power electronics, electrical machines and drive systems. We expect that you have working experience in similar tasks for more than five years. We are looking for an excellent communicator who has good speaking, writing and presentation skills in Finnish and English. You will be expected to travel to meetings and communicate with customers and colleagues around the world, mostly in Europe, China, Japan and the US. An essential part of your job will be to work in close cooperation with Yaskawa, our parent company. You will preferably be based in Helsinki, although Vaasa or Lappeenranta are also options.
