Aufgabenbereich:

We are looking for an experienced and top motivated project manager to assist the head of the department Propulsion. The project manager will be handling projects mainly within the maritime business and will work closely together with the manager, other support functions as well as across the organization. The project manager will be part of team "Propulsion" which comprises approx 140 dedicated employees, handling sales, engineering, order management, technical service and after sales of our propeller plants. Tasks: Cross-organizational project management Evaluation of technical issues in relation to the manager s job Coordination and control of all activities related to projects in collaboration with internal as well as external business partners Create and maintain a trustworthy and constructive relation to internal as well as external customers and other involved parties Travel activities include approx. 30 days per year in Denmark and globally Qualifications: Experienced in project management, project description and coordination Technical flair/experience or education. However, thorough technical knowledge is not an essential prerequisite. Your motivation, stamina and attitude is our main focus. You are a born initiator and have a great personal drive, which enables you to reach your targets on time. You can also enter the role as team player and hereby engage your colleagues and other relevant parties in the process.
