For our Supply Management Nacelle department in Brande we are looking for an Operational Purchaser. The department is responsible for the sourcing of components for different plants, various operational tasks including direct supplier contact and ensuring delivery documentation. What are my responsibilities? · Ensuring just-in-time deliveries to our different plants in Denmark · Regular maintenance of the parameters and master data · Expediting purchase and supply sources in order to secure timely availability of materials · Supporting the Commodity Team on purchase and logistics matters · Monitoring of supplier performance on deliveries · Supporting the clarification of supplier invoices · Handling of non-conformance cases · Operating / supporting an active Supplier Relationship Management What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a relevant education and experience within purchase, supply or logistics · You thrive in a dynamic environment · You are a strong communicator with good social skills; you are analytical and have good planning skills · As a person you are self-determined, taking initiative, a team player and customer oriented · You have excellent skills in English, both orally and in writing · Basic knowledge of MS Office is a must · Good IT skills and a basic knowledge of the MM module (SAP) is a plus In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
