We ensure medical and scientific documentation for clinical submissions and authorities while ensuring that the process lives up to uniform global standards, regulations and business ethics. About the department Medical & Science is part of the Haemophilia Global Development organisation situated in Soeborg. Within the organisation we are responsible for the planning and analysis/reporting of clinical trials in new and on-going projects within Haemophilia. In this function we possess the expertise of clinical development and network with many internal and external experts worldwide. The job As a Medical Management Assistant your responsibility is to act as assistant for the Medical & Science core team; plan and call for meetings, support during meetings and prepare minutes. You will provide general administrative support to the Medical Specialists; execute invoices and procurement in ICE and eProcure, handle expenses in Concur, assist in producing graphic presentations for internal and external meetings, independently prepare correspondence with external consultants etc. Furthermore you will provide administrative support to the Medical Specialist in the Trial Outline and Clinical Development Plan Process; assist in planning and follow-up, provide template, formatting and linguistically support as well as provide support with novoDOCS. Part of the tasks will also involve executing HCP interactions: invitations, contracts, notifications, planning, payments etc. in close collaboration with the responsible Medical Specialist and the area’s Meeting Professional. And finally you will provide ad hoc administrative tasks. Besides from frequent interactions with the Medical Specialists you will have a close working relationship with the rest of the administrative team. Qualifications You have a bachelor’s degree in English, or another relevant background with administrative experience preferably from the pharmaceutical industry. You have a good flair for the professional use of IT systems, solid experience with intraweb applications and you are proficient in the Microsoft Office package. You are a team player, have a positive attitude and a good sense of humour. You are flexible, are able to work under tight deadlines, have a strong quality mindset and a grasp of details, good coordination and planning skills and an excellent command of written and spoken English.
