Accenture Prague Regional Delivery Centre seeks motivated candidates who would like to gain new experience in Order to Cash area and develop his/her skills in a team of young professionals. Order to Cash Agent is specialized for contact with customers who didn''t pay their invoices on time. Order to Cash Agent is in phone/email contact with people from German speaking countries so the person speaks every day in German and within the company he/she communicates in English. The Order to Cash Analyst will be responsible for processing accounts receivable transactions mainly cash collections activities (direct and indirect) and deal with customer queries.
