Aufgabenbereich:

Work with Model N''s product management teams to understand current and future releases of the Model N application suite -Communicate customer requirements effectively with product management and engineering teams -Act as project business analyst subject matter expert -Lead customers and partners through the definition and design phases of an implementation process, including analyzing current business processes, documenting configuration and extension requirements for the application as well as data and integration requirements, and produce functional requirement documents -dentify business and technical issues throughout the project that could impact requirements, scope, or schedule and work with the project manager to identify potential solutions -Work with the technical team members during the construction and test phases of the project to clarify issues, manage and document changes when needed, and drive the functional testing by the customer business resources -Thorough knowledge of the software development lifecycle and process improvement methodologies, including iterative development practices -Commitment to requirements management practices with the ability to control project scope -Excellent oral and written skills for use in writing detailed business requirements and presenting solutions to other team members and client personnel -At least 5 years work experience with enterprise software implementations either with an enterprise software company or a systems integrator or consulting organization -Understanding of web technologies. Knowledge of Oracle, web application servers, and Java/J2EE is a plus -Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry is a major plus -B.A./B.S. preferably in a relevant area, e.g. Computer Science. MBA a plus -Self-Starter & accustomed to a fast paced environment
