Aufgabenbereich:

You will act as functional support of the Global Vice President for Indirect Taxes. The role is consisting in running change projects connected to VAT or WHT in the K+N Network of companies, worldwide. You will be responsible for change projects, gathering the required stakeholders, coordinating and delivering changes. You must drive participants to a common result of adjusting VAT/GST/Service Tax to reach tax compliance and optimal economic setup of Kuehne + Nagel companies. Moreover, you will be responsible for analysing situations and report findings to your superior or different stakeholders on behalf of the Head of Indirect Tax. Your main responsibilitiesUnderstand legal requirements, i.e. in law details, in potentially more than 50 countries, with focus on countries in geographical Eastern Europe, by reading the law, obtaining translation of circulars, understanding legal concepts, requesting local opinions, and arbitrating choices. Analysis of detailed transactions for each entity, including effects upon other K+N entities and upon third party customers You are the focal point of change and Ccoordinate over the phone and shared screen with all necessary stakeholders You inflow your knowledge to various stakeholders on the project chain (IT, business process owners, business units) and foster common project timeline) Manage different change projects Gather and store information in detailed way in order to keep knowledge gathered internally and enable continuous support Act upon own initiative to investigate and drill into any issue.Define KPIs for designated jurisdictions and organize periodic measurement on own initiative and propose process enhancements Define KPIs for designated jurisdictions and organize periodic measurement on own initiative and propose process enhancements in order to ensure that situation...
