Aufgabenbereich:

As part of the global airfreight management team, the Global eCommerce Product Manager Air Logistics is overlooking and pro-actively driving all eCommerce related activities of the business unit Air Logistics (i.e. KN FreightNet) ¿You further develop, integrate, implement and thereafter continuously improve and manage the KN FreightNet platform for Air Logistics by supporting the usage, acceptance and growth of the tool using and implementing concepts of new functionalities, enhancements, data analytics, usage profiles, reporting and continuously enhancing the solution offer. Furthermore s/he maybe develops and implements new products and services in the eCommerce area ¿You will concept & support the creation of training and marketing material for global use ¿ internally as well as for customers - and provide sales and operations support Your main responsibilities ¿In charge for the implementation of KN FreightNet (KN FN) globally within KN throughout a phased approach ¿ manage and actively drive & overlook / support roll-out ¿Support regions & corporate functions in the roll-out of KN FN ¿Maintain close cooperation with IT teams & address / solve bugs & support further development and coordinate enhancements ¿Develop concepts of new IT tools, initiate tool / feature development including testing ¿Develop controlling / monitoring concept for KN FN usage ¿Implement standard reports and controlling concepts in global regions Education and Experience ¿Bachelors or masters degree in business, marketing or logistics ¿Experience in airfreight or freight forwarding (minimum of three years) ¿2-5 years marketing/product development/product management experience ¿Very good knowledge of eCommerce solutions and trends in logistics industry ¿Ideally more than 2 years of experience in KN airfreight product management
