Aufgabenbereich:
Handle the complete sales order cycle, which includes receipt, processing, shipping and invoicing of customer sales orders. Contact and liaise with the various logistic service providers, such as carriers, forwarders and warehouses, to ensure timely shipping and delivery of inbound shipments and export orders. Prepare, distribute and manage all order related documentation. Achieve the agreed service level, understand and anticipate customer needs. Monitor and control incoming and outgoing goods in the different warehouses, perform regular stock controls and reconciliations, and execute the required transactions in the company
- s ERP system. Support the batch release procedure Handle and investigate complaints related to sales orders. Perform Internal Sales related and supporting activities.
