My client is looking for a skilled customer service advisor to work in their busy store in Cheltenham. The main responsibilities of the role are: * Engaging with customers to understand their needs and what products best suit them. * Dealing with customer inquiries in a calm and confident manner with excellent customer service. * Selling additional products to customers. * Keeping the store clean and tidy. * Keeping up to date with the products and services provided. Key skills required are: * Customer service skills. * Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm. * Strong sales ability. * Previous experience in retail or customer service. This is a temporary 20 hour position across the whole week including weekends.
