Our Store Manager Designate s have the accountability to match their ambition, and the chance to grow with a business that’s expanding fast. As an experienced retail professional, you will take pride in your management and problem solving skills in a fast moving environment. You must be self motivated with a pro-active approach to maintaining and improving sales and standards. You will be responsible for all areas of store management including: * People Management – Recruitment and Training * Stock Control – Ordering and Management * Merchandising – Implementing and Monitoring Sales * Budget Management – Wage Costs and Sales * Planning – Long and Short Term Plans for Sales Improvement Key Tasks & Responsibilities: * To manage the efficient operation of the store to enable maximum sales potential whilst controlling costs * To lead, inspire and motivate store team to provide unrivalled customer service * Merchandising and correct pricing of products as to comply with current legislation and Company procedures and guidelines * Budget Management to includes wage cost and sales * Stock control to include ordering and management of stock * Creating and implementing store initiatives to continually improve sales performance * People Management to include general management, recruitment, training, absence and discipline * Operating Company email software to check and comply with all Company notices, requests and sharing general communications with team * Responsible for store housekeeping and cleanliness throughout the store * Observing, implementing and upholding all Company policies and procedures
