NÁPLŇ PRÁCE:

To Provide care within Service users homes, maintaining respect and dignity and enable service users to remain within their own homes. To assist managemnet of support of carers as per requests, ie shadowing. To hold responsibility for ron call phone and associated tasks as per rota. To Assist service users who need help with getting up in the morning, dressing, undressing, washing , bathing and the toilet. To care for service users who are temporarily sick and needing help with personal tasks. To help in the promotion of mental, physical and social activities with service users To inspect, launder service users clothing, if care plan requires. To read and write reports, and tak epart in staff meetings and staff training. Undertake training commensurate with the post and promoting self respect and independence to ensure outcomes are met in accordance with care packages. Provide a needs led service assisting with care plans . Working within a multi disciplinary setting Monitor and record information and report to Care Coordinator if required. Promote all aspects of independant living and encourage all daily living tasks. Support with domestic duties and social activities to encourage independance. Participate and participate in team meetings and briefings if required. Have an awareness of complex and sensitive issues as the client group is vulnerable and the work needs a flexible approach and can do attitude. A qualification in Social Care is desirable and DBS check will be required upon successful selection.
